Diet argument

In class, I have been learning about healthy eating. I had t write my own argument for or against eating whatever you want whenever you want. look at me, yes you and read this!

Do you like eating? Well here is a thought, Eat healthy it makes you skinny like a stick not fat like a potato. Eating whatever you want you become a potato. Do you wanna become a potato? I don't think so. People don't think about eating healthy they just think I like it so ill get it. I know that eating healthy is GREAT. In peoples lunch boxes there are so many unhealthy decisions

you or a family member make for your lunch. In most lunch boxes there are pizzas, snack packs and even chocolate cake. 



According to osteoporosis eating foods with a high amount of saturated fat can lead to weight gain and heart disease, and heart disease can lead to death. Some people may be quite big and still have a healthy diet, whilst there are others who are small and skinny and have a horrible diet.




Are you sick of becoming bigger and bigger by the second?! I think you are and to fix that you should eat healthy. It is very good and the average amount of vegetables a day is about 2 - 3 cups! I know right you probably think it is a lot but it is actually hardly anything some people go overboard and start having 5 - 6 cups a day and that is how much you need to eat in about a couple days to a week. Many people are in love with sweets, but here's a tip: take a bite of your favourite treat then drink a full cup of water then have another bite and you won't be so determined to eat it all in one go. Please try it so you can start eating vegetables and get used to all those non flavoured things like brussel sprouts there horrible - YUCK



Third of all keto it is a great diet to make you eat healthy and become skinny which i think you will like. There are so many diets out there but i specifically think you should use the keto there are so many odd things about it that makes it the best diet out there. Keto keeps you safe in your health and in your body. I know you think it is ok to body shame but it is definitely not ok it doesn't it makes you feel like you're worthless and you can't make any progress.



And lastly do you wanna be healthy because it is the best choice for you to make? Or do you wanna become a couch potato. So quick eat healthy and become fresh,skinny and light weighted
